Planetary reducer is a widely used industrial product, which can reduce the rotating speed of the motor and increase the output torque at the same time. Planetary gearboxes can be used as supporting components for lifting, excavating, transporting, building and other industries. What are the causes of damage to the planetary reducer?
1. Transmission part failure
Rotate the input shaft or the fan blade of the motor by hand and feel normal when rotating. Then check whether the output shaft moves in the opposite direction. If it is normal, it can be confirmed that the transmission parts have no load and no fault. Continue to the next step. Rotate the output shaft by hand in the opposite direction and check the return clearance to determine the wear degree of the machine. If the clearance is small and normal, it can be directly loaded for test run, with noise but not obvious; If the clearance is large and there is serious noise during operation, the machine shall be dismantled for comprehensive inspection and repair of structural parts and replacement of standard parts. If the machine fails to rotate manually or is abnormally dead, it indicates that the transmission part of the machine is faulty and has abnormal dead point. Pay attention to the regularity and irregularity. Generally, if it can not be rotated by hand, it is analyzed that the internal structural parts of the engine block are blocked by axial displacement, the bearing is damaged, or the planetary gear, pin sleeve and other structural parts are fragmented and clamped. If the rotation is regular, the bearing is damaged or the gear is defective. If there is irregular dead point with noise, it is analyzed that the broken parts enter the oil. In both cases, loud noise and irregular impact sound will occur during the operation of the servo reducer.
2. Temperature rise abnormal fault
Under normal circumstances, the temperature rise of the precision planetary reducer under load shall not exceed 45 ° C. When the temperature rise exceeds 50 ° C, the machine shall be stopped immediately for inspection. Possible causes of abnormal temperature rise are improper lubrication of transmission parts in the machine or friction of carbonyl surface caused by axial stress. Check the oil level and oil grade or disassemble the machine to check whether there is galling, gluing and end face grinding.
