1、 Adjust the precision of guide rail guidance
In general mechanical equipment, whether the gap between guide rails is appropriate is usually achieved by inserting a 0.03 mm or 0.04 mm thick feeler gauge into the end face, and the insertion depth cannot exceed 20 mm. If the clearance between the guide rails is improper, it should be adjusted in a timely manner.
2、 Adjustment of spindle rotation accuracy of servo gearbox
If the machining error of the spindle itself meets the requirements, the rotational accuracy of the reducer spindle is generally determined by the bearings. The key to adjusting the spindle rotation accuracy lies in adjusting the bearing clearance. Maintaining a suitable bearing clearance is crucial for the performance and bearing life of spindle components. For rolling bearings, when there is a large gap, not only will the load be concentrated on the rolling elements in the direction of force, but it will also cause serious stress concentration at the contact between the inner and outer raceway of the bearing, shorten the bearing life, and drift the spindle centerline, which can easily cause vibration of the spindle components. Therefore, the adjustment of rolling bearings must be preloaded to generate a certain amount of interference inside the bearing, so as to produce certain elastic deformation at the contact between the rolling elements and the inner and outer raceway, thereby improving the stiffness of the bearing.
