Planetary reducer is a very important component in CNC machine tools, playing important roles such as increasing torque and reducing speed. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to the installation method and not make mistakes. So how should the planetary gearbox of CSG electromechanical be installed?      
① Firstly, confirm whether the motor and gearbox are intact and undamaged, and thoroughly check whether the specifications of each part connected to the drive motor and servo reducer match. This refers to the specification and cooperation between the positioning protrusion and shaft diameter of the drive motor flange and the positioning groove and hole diameter of the stepper reducer flange, and the cleaning and treatment of dirt and burrs on the cooperative surface.
② Unscrew the screw plugs on the technical holes around the flange of the precision servo gearbox, rotate the input end of the reducer to align the hexagonal screw cap with the technical hole, insert the hexagonal screw and loosen the hexagonal screw.
③ Hand hold the drive motor and align the keyway on its shaft with the screw that holds the input end hole of the reducer. Insert the drive motor shaft into the input end hole of the reducer. When inserting, ensure that both are concentric and parallel to the flanges on both sides. It is necessary to investigate the reasons for the divergence of heart degrees or the non parallel flanges on both sides. Furthermore, when using equipment, it is strictly prohibited to strike with a hammer. This can prevent excessive axial or radial force from damaging the bearings of both parties, and can also distinguish whether the cooperation between the two is suitable based on the feel of the equipment. The method to distinguish the concentricity of cooperation between the two and the parallelism of the flange is as follows: after the two are inserted into each other, the flanges of the two are tightly attached and the gap is the same.
